Park Avenue -
is a new mixed use development comprising of a number of
residential, commercial office, mixed use and retail
buildings. The development will consist of up to 20
towers and a number of low rise retail and commercial
office buildings.
The development is
centered around a commercial office park which will form
the focal centre for a new business community.
A number of plots in the
Master Plan have been allocated for third party
developers to buy and develop. Priced to allow a
realistic cost plan allowing all parties to build
competitive and marketable buildings which will attract
end users, companies, workers and investors.
